We are pleased to share Women Landowners Leading Regeneration (WLLR)—a collaborative project hosted through the University of Missouri Center for Regenerative Agriculture empowering conservation professionals and non-operating landowners to take a more active role in managing their farmland while advancing conservation and regenerative practices across Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa.
This February, we’re offering an in-person event for Extension professionals, NRCS staff, conservation district employees, non-profit employees and other outreach specialists. Led by Drs. Jean Eells and Rebecca Christoffel, you will learn new facilitation skills that can help you turn women's meetings into conservation action. 70% of women attending a Women Caring for the Land meeting will take an action to improve conservation on their land!
