Conflict is a natural part of leadership, collaboration, and community-based conservation work. In this Conservation Voices webinar, two SWCS board directors will share practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, managing conflict professionally, and building productive working relationships across different perspectives and priorities.

Through a combination of communication tools and real-world stories from the field, Krista Kirkham and Amanda Gumbert will discuss approaches for moving challenging conversations toward solutions. Speakers will also reflect on how these skills apply to leadership, partnership-building, and conservation work in professional and volunteer settings.

Attendees will leave with practical techniques they can immediately apply in their workplaces, organizations, and communities.
