A Matter of Balance: Managing Soil and Crop Nutrient Systems to Protect Water Quality

9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018
Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

Conference speakers will include national experts and experienced crop producers who will share experience and insights into how to capture crop nutrients and organic inputs in the root zone for crop use, and to build soil health and keep contaminants from entering waterways.

Registration, agenda, presentation abstracts, and speaker biographies are now available on the chapter's website.

(Please note also, the January/February issue of the Journal of Soil and Water Conservation compiles recent work on the role of edge-of-field monitoring for identifying and addressing nutrient losses from agricultural lands. Journal subscription is free with SWCS membership.)
