The University of Minnesota is hosting a joint field tour and networking two-day event in SE MN (based in La Crosse, WI). The event is hosted in partnership with MN NRCS, WI NRCS, University of Minnesota Extension, Minnesota Association of Professional Soil Scientists, and Wisconsin Society of Professional Soil Scientists.
Attendees will learn more about the region's unique soils, how these soils affect land use, and how land use affects water and soil resources. There will also be opportunities to connect with colleagues working on soil and water topics. Soil pits will be included!
