City Nature Challenge 2026: Northwest Louisiana

The South Central Plains Biodiversity Challenge is a 4-day bioblitz within 1 of the 182 Level III Ecoregions in North America. But, it’s more than just a bioblitz. It’s an integrated effort to address widespread “Biodiversity Blindness”, and to activate people, especially students, to learn and care about the species that they share the larger landscape with.
