Pay not to Play:
Contributions to the Nebraska Chapter SWCS may be deductible under section 501(c)(3) |
Purpose: To raise funds for the Nebraska Chapter SWCS Student scholarship program, to promote SWCS, and to promote fellowship within the Nebraska Chapter.
Who: All interested golfers who want to support the Nebraska Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society and the education of future natural resource conservationists.
Where: Highlands Golf Course, 5501 NW 12th Street, Lincoln, NE (http://lincolncitygolf.org/highlands/)
When: Friday, August 29, 9:45 am (Shotgun Start) (Registration 8:00-9:30)
Format: Team event, 4-person teams, Shamble with a few fun additions.
Prizes: Team prizes, individual prizes, and flag prizes will be awarded following the tournament.
Cost: $30 registration fee for each golfer:
- The registration includes one entry in the drawing for additional prizes and gift certificates and one entry into the long putt contest ($$$). Additional entries are 2 for $5 or 5 for $10.
- Golf fees will be paid directly to Highlands Golf Course. $43.25/golfer (Seniors age 60+ are $37.00) includes green fees, and cart.
Registration:
This year you have the option of completing your registration and paying online thanks to Keith Berns and Green Cover Seed. Online Registration.
- As soon as you click "Submit" you will be taken to PayPal to complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, click "Checkout as Guest" which will allow you to use a credit card.
If you prefer to pay your registration at the course the day of the tournament (cash or check only) you can send the registration form to Corey Brubaker, 8025 Sanborn Dr., Lincoln, NE 68505 or e-mail it to nebraskaswcs@gmail.com.
