The University of Idaho Clayton County Extension Office is excited to celebrate World Soil Day on December 5th with a creative contest for all ages! Here's how you can participate:
Age Categories:
- Ages 8-10: Young Creators - Focus on soil and nature.
- Ages 11-17: Junior Conservationists - Highlight soil and environmental themes.
- Ages 18+: Adult Artists - Emphasize soil conservation and sustainability.
How to Participate:
Create a Piece of Artwork: Capture your thoughts on soil health and conservation through a photo, sketch, or painting.
- Submit Your Entry: Email your submission to canyon@uidaho.edu or drop it off at your local county extension office by November 30th.
- Include the following details: Your name, Your age, Your category (Young Creator, Junior Conservationist, or Adult Artist) & A brief description of your artwork (50 words max)
Celebrate with Us:
- All submissions will be displayed at the UI Extension Office in your county on December 5th, World Soil Day.
- Join us for the unveiling and celebration of our soil!
Show your love for soil and make an impact for soil and water conservation. We can't wait to see your creativity!
