JT is the editorial assistant at SWCS. She plays a key role in advancing the Society’s publications and communications efforts through the creation and delivery of high-quality editorial and digital content. She supports the production of the Journal of Soil and Water Conservation by coordinating manuscript workflows, editing content, and collaborating with authors, reviewers, and publishing partners. In addition, JT leads content creation across multiple platforms—including newsletters, social media, and promotional materials—while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Her work also includes website management, graphic design, and supporting data-driven communication strategies that strengthen member engagement and organizational impact.
