Claire Hambrick works at the intersection of food, land, and community, building programs and partnerships that support more regenerative, equitable, and connected food systems. Her background spans agriculture, education, and policy, with a focus on systems thinking, agroecology, and community-based farming initiatives. She currently works with MESA, supporting global exchange and learning programs centered on land stewardship and food sovereignty. Her experience includes hands-on work on a biodiverse farm in Hawaiʻi, collaboration with the Asociación de Trabajadores del Campo in Nicaragua, and work on community gardens in Northern and Southern California. Claire holds a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on community nutrition and agricultural food systems, and has additional training in global agroecology.
