SWCS is excited to launch Commodities for Community, a new opportunity supporting conservation in Illinois through grants and scholarships fueled by contributions from local producers. This initiative aims to strengthen on-the-ground conservation, support future leaders, and expand community engagement across the Land of Lincoln.
Illinois Conservation Grants
Local conservation projects can now apply for funding through our 2026 Grant Request for Proposals (RFP). These grants are designed to support projects and organizations that strengthen Illinois farms and communities. We aim to support community-driven agriculture efforts that empower farmers to become more sustainable.
