Conference Room Block
SWCS has negotiated a discounted conference rate of $209 for single and double occupancy rooms. This block is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the discounted rate is available through July 3, 2026. Room rates for reservations booked after July 3 are at the hotel's discretion and are based on availability.

Government Room Rate
SWCS has negotiated a limited block of rooms at the 2026 government per diem rate. You must present a government ID at check-in to receive the per diem rate. These blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and available through July 3, 2026.
