SWCS has negotiated a discounted conference rate of $199 for single and double occupancy rooms. This block is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the discounted rate is available through July 18, 2025. Room rates for reservations booked after July 18 are at the hotel's discretion and are based on availability.

Government Room Rate
SWCS has negotiated a limited block of rooms at the 2025 government per diem rate. You must present a government ID at check-in to receive the per diem rate. These blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and available through July 18, 2025.
