Full Conference Registration Rates

  • Register and Join: $565 (Includes One Year SWCS Membership)
  • Nonmember: $575
  • Senior (65+): $350
  • Farmer: $350
  • International: $350
  • Full Time Student: $250 (Includes One Year SWCS Student Membership)

One Day Registration Rates

  • SWCS Member: $265
  • Nonmember: $315
  • Senior (65+): $200
  • Farmer: $200
  • International: $200
  • Full Time Student: $150
  • Wednesday ONLY: $150

Virtual Resources Platform Registration

We recognize that budgets and uncertainties to travel continue to evolve. To ensure that conservation professionals are able to continue to participate in the SWCS International Annual Conference in some capacity, we are excited to offer a virtual resources platform the weeks following the in person event. This will include recordings of select conference presentations, poster presentations, and sponsor pages. You will not have access to networking events or all in person agenda items. The virtual resources platform registration is included with the full conference registration. SWCS reserves the right to cancel the virtual resources platform if minimum registrations are not reached or for other reasons beyond our control.

SWCS Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments for conference registrations, tours, workshops, or special event tickets must accompany registration and will be accepted in US funds only—credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or check. If a cancellation is received on or prior to July 26, a full refund will be issued less a $75 processing fee per conference registration and a $25 processing fee per tour or workshop, and a $10 processing fee per special event ticketed items. Due to contract commitments made to service providers, no refunds will be made after July 26 for conference registrations, tours, workshops, or special event tickets.
