Summer Intern

Chloe Hamaker

Chloe Hamaker is a summer intern with the Soil and Water Conservation Society from Iowa. She just graduated from West Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Media & Communication and plans to return in the fall to pursue her master’s degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. At West Texas A&M, she was a member of the WT Horse Judging Team, an Attebury Honors Scholar, the Vice President of the Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow Club, and a charter member of the professional agricultural sorority Sigma Alpha, the Gamma Theta Chapter. Chloe has a passion for the agriculture industry and the people in it. Through storytelling, she strives to bridge the gap between producers and consumers by fostering transparency. Chloe will be assisting with operations and logistics of the 80th SWCS International Annual Conference, planning a student and early career professional networking session during the conference, creating a social media calendar and designing posts, assisting with a retiree project, and more.
