Colorado Directors Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Serves a two year term as a voting member of he Executive Committee.
Attends regular and special meetings of the Executive Committee.
Represents the needs and interests of the membership in their respective areas.
Works with the Executive Committee to develop an annual plan and annual budget.
Assists the Chapter President in identifying and selecting Chapter members to serve on task forces or committees.
Helps to carry out Chapter operations and services.
Assists the President when Chapter meetings are located in their area of the state.
The East and West Slope Directors are elected in even numbered years.
The Director at large will be elected or appointed in odd numbered years.
