Enhancing LESA: Ideas for Improving the Use and Capabilities of the Land Evaluation and Site Assessment System
The Soil and Water Conservation Society (SWCS) released a report in October 2003 that was an outgrowth of a SWCS and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service’s workshop held in June 2003. Participants of this event had a goal to develop a set of ideas and recommendations to enhance the Land Evaluation Site Assessment (LESA) system.
