NRCS Pest Management Specialists
Conservation planners may also be certified by NRCS as qualified to develop Pest Management Plans. As with Comprehensive Nutrient Management Planning Specialists, requirements for obtaining and maintaining this certification vary from state to state. However, continuing education will often be required in those states where this certification is available. States also license or certify pesticide applicators.
