Career Connections in Conservation
Tuesday, July 24th at 8:30 a.m. (Pegasus South)

Like science itself, exploring career options often involves investigating the unknown. Now you can learn what you always wanted to know about a career in environmental and natural resource issues by participating in a special symposium at the SWCS Annual Conference.

This 90-minute event is is targeted to students (but is open to anyone at the conference) and included as a part of your regular conference registration. The session features expert panelists from government agencies, non-profits, consulting firms, agricultural product representatives and other groups involved with environmental and natural resource issues. This panel is guaranteed to broaden your career horizons – while providing an important networking opportunity.

If you’re thinking about a specific career path, or if you just want to know what types of positions are available in the environmental and natural resource arenas, don’t miss this interactive symposia.

For more information about the symposia, please contact Keisha Brown at Keisha.Brown@fl.usda.gov
