PRESENTATIONS: Presenters, please bring your presentation with you to the conference. You will need to report to your presentation room 30-minutes prior to your session block. (i.e. 1:00 p.m. for the 1:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m. concurrent session block.) For ease of transfer, the presentation needs to be on a FLASH DRIVE.
There will be an AV tech in each room, to assist in loading and testing each of the 4 (or 5 for CEAP rooms) presentations during the 30-minute break.
SWCS is NO LONGER ACCEPTING ABSTRACTS for the 2007 Annual Conference. The Call for Papers for the 2008 Conference will begin in late 2007 with a deadline of mid-December.
Presenter Information
Please Note: SWCS does not reimburse presenters for expenses incurred for travel to the annual conference. This includes authors, symposia organizers, and individuals invited to present as part of a symposium. All presenters and/or organizers (oral, poster, or symposia) who indicate intent to participate in the annual conference imply agreement to register for the conference at the appropriate fee, attend the conference, and make the presentation in person.
If you do not register for the conference by June 14th, your presentation will be dropped from the program.
Oral Presentations The schedule for presentations is still in production. A final schedule will be posted here.
Concurrent blocks of oral presentations are scheduled for: Monday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 24 at 8:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
