| An award ceremony will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at the Soil and Water Conservation Society annual conference. The awards ceremony consists of a brunch, words from the Society's president and the top award winner's, and presentation of the award plaques for those winners in attendance. There are two types of awards that will be given: individual/group awards or chapter awards. Please click on the link below for information on the awards and the nominating procedure.
The Soil and Water Conservation Society’s awards committee would like to remind members that the deadline for nominating individuals for one of the nine awards was DECEMBER 12, 2002. The awards program of the Soil and Water Conservation Society is designed to recognize individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions in advocating the conservation of soil, water and related natural resources.
Late nominations will not be considered.
(The deadline for Chapter Awards is February 15, 2003)
