SWCS Abstract Guidelines
A list of minimum standards that every abstract must meet has been developed for workshops and conferences organized by the Society. Our goal is to enable all submitted abstracts to be included in the final program and we expect that most abstracts will be acceptable without revision. The purpose of these guidelines is to enable the reviewer to easily identify any substandard abstracts. If an abstract does not meet minimal standards the Review Committee will work with the author to bring the abstract up to standard.
Additionally, in the event that we receive more abstract submissions than the meeting facilities can accommodate, we may be required to limit the number of abstract submissions chosen for the final program. We have developed criteria for screening abstracts in the event that abstract submissions must be limited.
