ROOM RATES/TAXES
Clarion King/Double/Suite $73.00 per night
(These rates are subject to the current state and local tax rate of 13.875%)

TAX EXEMPT STATUS
To be tax exempt from the entire 13.875% tax, the individual must be a Federal or Oklahoma State  government employee and pay with a government check, treasury check,  purchase order or government paid credit card.  Churches, Schools or any other organization must provide legal documentation  stating they are tax exempt.  Any patron paying with cash, personal credit card or check will not be tax exempt even if patron is being reimbursed by a government or state agency.

CUT-OFF DATE
The cut-off date for the group rate is October 6, 2008.  Reservations not received by the cut-off date will be accepted on a space availability basis. Non-guaranteed room reservations will be honored until 6pm on the date of expected arrival.  Guaranteed reservations for arrivals after 6pm that do not show are held for one night only and not the entire length of the stay.  The guest or Group will be required to pay for the room for that night.

SHUTTLE
The Clarion Hotel and Convention Center provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Will Rogers World Airport seven days a week, from 7am to 11pm.  Additionally, a courtesy telephone is located in the baggage claim area of the airport for direct access to the Hotel.
